Excellent service and renovated hotel

30 percent of my idea of this hotel is based on the receptionist Claudia. She is smart, kind, efficient, reactive and intelligent, she actually cares about the hotel. She solves unforeseen problems, even small repairs believe it or not !She got me a hairdryer. She does her job with a smile, and meanwhile supervises the trainees. Thank you Claudia. The room was small but had everything needed, I requested a quiet room and got it. It was clean and nicely appointed. The matress was good and there was complimentary coffee in the room. I specially liked the chance to have a late check out against a small fee. I will certainly be back

Room very clean, staff are friendly, but unfortunately very bad wifi connection.

Good location, best workers, clean but the only issue was the bed. We love sleeping together and under one blanket so this was kinder not good for us

I stayed 5 nights at this hotel and found it very clean, comfortable, and perfectly well situated next to the central train station. The area is full of restaurants to eat but watch out not all are good, as we found out the first night (San Remo is not good!). The breakfast buffet is okay but not for everyday. The best part of our stay was our free upgrade to a suite room that really made our stay more enjoyable. The ladies at the front desk were always very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this hotel !

Had a wonderful room, view frontal on the big square, zoo and central station. walk just 30 seconds from the central station. And hotel is fully nicely new renovated.

Great location with excellent service! We could not be at an better location, across from Central Station and in the heart of the City. Had an room overlooking the station but you can not hear anything from outside. Nice breakfast options and clean rooms!

Very good stay in the middle of Antwerp. Good room, nice people, and many possibilities to visit the hart of Antwerp. This hotel becomes our recommendations

Stayed for 2 nights with 2 kids (2 & 5). Room was spacious and clean. A few hiccups at arrival, key cards given were not working, and we ended up going up and down the lift. bit of inconvenience given that we've just arrived after a long drive and trying to get to the room with all the luggages. Otherwise, the hotel is definitely recommended for its location, right next to central station, also near to chinatown, plenty of restaurants around, i should also mention, the bed was comfortable. Will I come back again, for sure yes. Parking available in the basement but could be challenging for a big car.

the location is really good, you have to walk 5 minutes to be in the centrum of Antwerp. The room was also really nice, it wasn’t that big but it was very cozy and it was really clean! Had a lot of fun there , thanks <3

Hotel is located in front of train station so it's so easy if you travel by train. Easy to go to explore city. Staffs were so helpful. I had special request for my husband's birthday so they helped me arrange the room with flowers abc cake, really nice! Thank you! Room were comfortable and clean. Breakfast is not so many choices but it's enough. Overall it was a nice stay.

Situated near the station and the room wasn’t noisy. Was allowed to check in early and was provided with very good service. The room was a bit smaller than expected but it’s totally manageable if you are staying as a couple for a short trip

I stayed in a Deluxe room with a very nice view to the Central Station. Even though it was a busy street the room was very quiet. Very friendly staff, clean room, delicious breakfast, overall an amazing experience!

Had a lovely weekend in Antwerp, the hotel was above my expectations and made our stay very comfortable. We booked the standard simple room but it was bigger than expexted and the bathroom was so modern and clean, very luxe! We had a beautiful view on the station and the location of this hotel is just the best. The staff was very friendly and fun, we could already check in and go to our room at 11am and the next day leave our lugage at the desk after checking out. There was no noise from outside our other guests and the beds were wonderful! Would definitely come back here!

That's my second stay at Leonardo and couldn't be happier. It's all in the details: the heartwarming hall, the amazing staff, great breakfast, the spacious bedroom, the silent surroundings. It's located in the heart of Antwerp with lots of restaurants and stores nearby. You have the train station - literally - just around the corner, 30 mins to Brussels airport. I can't think of a better place to stay and I'll definitely be coming back.

Receptionist (male) is very novice, unexperienced, incompetent and insufficient ; messed up our reservations, waited us a long time, we had reserved two separate rooms, but tried to give us one room, collected all payment in advance etc. we are traveling for business purposes, we have stayed at your hotel many times previously and this is the first time we have encountered such treatment.

Decent priced, great central location, still quiet

Right next to the main train station, and casually decorated, this hotel was a great choice for a weekend away in Antwerp. The breakfast was pretty average, but I would still recommend the hotel to my friends and family.

The room was quite small, but clean and with a great view on Antwerp Central. Location is perfect, breakfast is good and the staff is kind. Check-out at 11.30 is great too, if you've had a party in Antwerp. Great value for money.

The Leonardo Hotel has good Service, clean rooms, nice breakfast and friendly staff. The hotel is located within 50 meters of Antwerp Central Station. Turn right when walking out the door, and you are in the heart of Antwerp. Room 243, where I stayed in November 2021, is kinda small, but has all you need. Lots of parking spots in the area, but rather expensive. I payed 48 Euro's for a 2 day stay. So better come by train or other public transport........no need for a car in Antwerp anyway.....

Situated next to Central Station, perfect starting Point to discover Antwerpen. Niceley designed interior, I felt very welcome.

THE HOTEL WAS LOVELY. THE ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN AND HAD EVERYTHING THAT YOU NEEDED. THE STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY THERE AGAIN AND WOULD RECOMMEND THE HOTEL.

Stayed in this hotel due to the perfect location. It is literally next to the main station. The rooms are nice and well decorated and the lobby and breakfast room have a nice ambience. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I will definitely book this hotel again!
