Very good overall experience. Very friendly staff, especially the breakfast team. Had some recurent issues with the room key but staff was always very reactive and efficient to help

The hotel was lovely located 15 min from La Rambla. Condition was great, our bedroom was big and clean, the wardrobe was also very big and nice which usually never happens, and the bathroom as well. Very big towels were highly appreciated. Welcome water and slippers made everything more special. The only downside is that there were 2 USB plugs near one side of the bed and both were broken so had to charge devices elsewhere. Otherwise very nice service and lovely breakfast. Would recommend.

Excellent stay, son lives close by so perfect location very clean and comfortable. Being English we would have preferred a kettle to coffee machine in room. But overall very happy.

A good quality stay with Leonardo. Hotel was well located within easy walking distance of two Metro stations, providing good transport links to see Barcelona. Good selection of bars and restaurants nearby. Rooms were clean and well presented, bed was comfortable. Breakfast service was good with a decent selection of food. Would stay again.

The toilet eas flowing and the door to the toilet eas squiking unacctably loud.

I had a fantastic experience. The hotel is centrally located without being in a touristy area of town. It is close to all the attractions in town as well as surrounded by excellent restaurants and grocery stores. I really enjoyed the comfy bed and the tub in the bathroom. The breakfast selection was good and fresh too.

Booked on a whim to start a month in Spain with a weekend in Barcelona. Was not disappointed. Clean, friendly and great value. No issues, would stay again.

We had a nice stay at this hotel. The breakfast was regal. I wish I could have such a selection every morning! Our room was very clean and had everything we needed (like a mini fridge to store the few things we bought, a coffee machine, enough space to store away our clothes, and a kettle and an iron I borrowed). The neighborhood was full of nice bakeries, restaurants, and grocery stores, and the subway was just a stone's throw away. I would definitely come again.

It was great. I appreciate that the room was available much earlier. Our flight to Barcelona was tiring and we wanted to rest. Thank you for your flexibility and kind hospitality.

We stayed for 4 nights and received excellent service from all staff. On check in, the lady receptionist gave us super information which proved most useful. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice and a very entertaining, friendly waiter. I would recommend a stay here. Very convenient for buses and metro to tour the city.

We loved the location, and the excellent staff were friendly and helpful. Climate control in the room was difficult, and opening windows to reduce temperature in the room increased street noise. Bath/shower was unsafe, with no safety bar outside the tub where you enter, and the bottom of the tub was very slippery. We felt unsafe getting in and out. Bathrooms and climate control need updating.

We checked-in early, and the officers were very nice and offered a free luggage store service. That makes U. go out and enjoy Barcelona immediately. I really appreciate the service. The room is clean, the WiFi is quick, and the location is great, close to the subway station; the surroundings are safe. That is more than enough for a place to stay for a trip, and the price is reasonable.. I highly recommend it to family and friends.

We’ve just returned from 3 nights at Leonardo Hotel Gran Via and it’s been great. The booking and check in process were seamless with very helpful and friendly staff. Everywhere we looked was clean and tidy and our room was spotless. The beds were very comfortable, including the fold out sofa. The coffee in the room was lovely, and it was great to have fresh water in the room each day. The hotel is a little dated and may need some modernisation, but for a few nights while you sight-see the city, it’s perfect. Our only 2 slight complaints is that the USB ports in the room were faulty and didn’t charge our devices properly, and the hotel was very, very noisy at night. The rooms just don’t seem insulated enough so throughout the night, up until approx 1am on 2 out of of our 3 nights, we had noisy neighbours to the side and above us, scraping furniture, and talking loudly. You can hear every footstep and movement. We had a road facing room which again, was incredibly noisy as you can hear every car drive past, every siren sound and you can hear all the voices of people walking past, even with the windows closed. Breakfast was very simple with not a lot of variety in terms of cooked food but the food that is available is tasty, well presented and very fresh. All of this with well trained and helpful staff made breakfast a pleasant experience. We would definitely return to this hotel.

Room was very clean, I had room in the fifth floor. The location is superb. Good breakfast, overall good experience. Already miss Barcelona.

Nice hotel almost in center. Location is good - not on the main street, but with the main street just around the corner. Price and level is in good balance, but I had absolutely no view from the room. Breakfast area was good, and plenty of food - always something for your taste, but it would be nice having a bar for an evening drink

Excellent location, close to Metro stops and supermarkets. Very safe area with good choice of restaurants nearby. Quiet room facing back of hotel. Really friendly staff who went the extra mile to decorate my room for my birthday. An excellent stay!

Great stay. Nice hotel clean and the rooms were super clean. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Only issue was the air con . But overall very good experience. I would recommend this hotel .

Overall, the location of the hotel is fantastic right next to bus stops and most importantly to Rocafort metro station. It also few minutes walk away from Placa Espanya and Placa Catalunya so you can enjoy beautiful Gran Via while walking to wherever you go. Lots of options in terms of breakfast cafes and bakeries, and lots of 24/7 supermarkets. Excellent for couples and the staff will make sure your stay is up to your expectations!

The hotel is well located with comfortable and spacious rooms with all necessary amenities.. perfect for a short and longer stay with very helpful staff. Great value for money !

Comfortable stay with warm, friendly staff.

It was always a pleasure to see Judith at the front desk. She greeted us in the morning and checked to make sure we had fun plans for the day. She would ask us about our expriences for the day and wish us a great evenig. This made our stay even more pleasurable. This attention to making sure the guest are engaged, as they enjoy the city, is very important.

The hotel is very clean, very well located , the staff is very friendly. Francesco was very helpful and kind. We will definitely come back.

Should put an electric Kettle in the room for hot water.

The location is very nice, close to the metro station and walking distance to interesting places and restaurants. Also many convenient shops nearby. Only the parking is very tight to pass through with big cars. I recommend the hotel!
