The fridge was not working. The staff at the reception didn’t provide effective help. She simply said it’s weekend and you have to wait until Monday (it was friday).

Staff were great, pity no bar service tho.

Great stay, lovely staff. Disappointed at no drinks making in the room and total lack of a cup of tea (English style) anywhere nearby. (Breakfast staff went out of their way to provide one though which was good) Ability to make drinks would really improve the service. Staff very approachable and helpful.

We have stayed in the Leonardo Ku'dam (Hotel California) on many occasions and are never let down. In particular the staff at all levels are excellent: professional but kind and friendly with it. The only negative comment we have is the access to the internet which was flacky to the extent of not being available in the room.

We absolutely loved our stay. Everyone was so friendly & helpful. We'll definitely be back!
