I was grateful that the reception staff spoke good English. Thank you. The room was small but perfect for my needs. I slept will in the bed and the pillows were very comfortable. It was a quiet hotel but suitably located near to public service links into downtown Budapest. Perfect for my needs, near to the University where I was working. Thank you. I hope to be back there next year.

The customer service was outstanding. The room had an old world feel, with all the modern comforts. Would recommend this hotel, and will definitely want to stay here again

The night team, especially zoltan, were so friendly and helpful. Everyone was so welcoming! Everywhere was clean, the food was very good, and the staff were so lovely. I would highly recommend it to anyone. Thank you for a brilliant week :)

I don't remember names but would like to thank the reception staff that what I asked for they helped and recommended. To thank the cleaning staff in the rooms and the very good service I received from them. And of course to the dining room employees who welcomed me with a pleasant smile and the food was excellent and for that I would like to thank everyone for the service and smile and professionalism of the employees, each in their own field. I had a great 5-night stay here and I will choose to stay here the next time I visit Budapest. The neighbourhood is so charming, quiet and convenient. The hotel staff were all very helpful and friendly. They were even extra accommodating to me regarding my late check-out.
