All went well with my stay. The only slight downside was that the A/C was not very effective during a warm night.

Nice hotel for business travellers, enough parking slots. Restaurant is available, good connectivity to main road ways.

This is an amazing nice hotel. Hotal has a nice appearance. I felt safe. I would have liked a few more diner options but that what I picked tasted good.

This was a last minute booking. The exterior of the building didn’t look very impressive, however internally it was a welcome surprise. The male receptionist was very good and helpful. We ate in the bar, the food was ok, but very expensive…. I ordered a goats cheese tartlet, which for 15 euro was tiny, definitely not worth it. Luckily I’d also ordered a side salad and sweet potato fries…..but for a total price of 25 euro is was overpriced. Regardless, the service was good and we enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. The early morning shuttle driver was very friendly and helpful.

Super friendly customer focused staff in reception and restaurant. Really friendly and welcoming. Rooms are super spacious and comfortable and the restaurant offers a good choice of options served piping hot and tasty

This was a last minute booking for a work trip, I was a little bit skeptical as the hotel was quite cheap compared to the others but I was pleasantly surprised. The room was really spacious and had a bath which is rare! Nice facilities - pool is small but nice and a small gym area which has good equipment. I would have no issue staying here again

We stayed for one night only as it was impossible to get to the airport in time by public transport as we had a morning flight. This place was perfect for us, and we truly appreciated the peace and quiet that we found.

I have often stayed at the Leonardo in Ratingen, however, there was a gap during lockdown. Nonetheless, when I finally returned, everyone remembered me. That is an excellent sign of good management that they are able to retain such dedicated staff, especially in these times.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. I was very comfortable. The hotel was child friendly. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We are glaad en wil come back again en again because in this hotel have a great swimmingpool en also cheap

Overall very good, all 3 Front of House staff encountered were friendly. Decent room and bathroom.
