Highly recommend NYX hotel

Nice rooms, nice staff and a good breakfast! Restaurant is serving good fries and burgers, would retourn everytime i'm in munich!!!

For our family visit we choose the NYX due to location and connectivity. The room/suite for four was spacious and in great condition. We slept very well. Staff was very friendly and quickly got to know us. We enjoyed the room service robot :) breakfast was great and we even had friends join us for breakfast, who also enjoyed it. Parking was convenient. We will definitely stay again.

Would be nice to see whether I had requested cleaning or not and had a simple switch to change my preference.

I specifically liked the design in the hotel which differs from many other hotels. My bedroom was big enough and very comfortable. Cool place. The only negative thing was that the 80'th style gaming machines in the lobby were not working.

Nyx is a relatively new hotel, which is great. The rooms are a bit small though, which is also valid for the bathroom. We stayed on relatively warm days, and I can say forst hand that the “AC” in each room is not actually AC. It must be some derivative, water cooled system, but it lacks power to actually cool the room. Shame, especially since the owners did spend money on something there, should have put actual AC. Big big miss. A part from this good hotel and value for money when seeing other prices in Munich. Breakfast is really good and complete. Nice restaurant and outside space (Biergarten style). They have own parking in the garage below, which is very useful.

We had a lovely room with an amazing view, very clean, everyone was very nice. The bed was amazingly comfortable, the only thing I didn't like is the rubber inner lining which was noticeable when you slept (for me, it meant I woke up a few times because it was clammy). Our coffee machine didn't work, but that's a detail. Amazing breakfast. The room temperature was also just perfect. Overall, we had an amazing stay, thank you!

Nice Ambience, Nice Stuff, Clean as a Hotel should be. I had a down to earth Room. The Bath mirror is way bad to reach if in the need of a mirror, so i tried the makeup on, but the mechanic was unusable - always rolling down. And sameto the showerhead - was always rolling over, so I had to take it into my hand. I got showered, but not that comfortable you are going to wish to your guests. ;-) Have a look @ Room 426 (btw, i'm sorry, i missed to tell the reception stuff about this)

OK, So now I will write in English. Everything was top notch, and you could see that care had been taken to make sure that everything was correct and clean. I know that in the future, when I have to find a room quickly, (this trip was personal business oriented,) I will have the Leonardo Hotel Chain, and NYX very high on the list of choices. Amazing hotel, cool concept with very cool amenities, one of which is JEEVES, a robot room service butler. The concept is super cool but the staff needs to stay up on restocking it. For the 2 nights I was there I called him up twice, and neither time did he have beverages. Only other odd thing is having the toilet in a separate room from the main bathroom, feels kind of gross using the restroom then traveling through the room touching 2 door handles to wash your hands

Great hotel, nice infrastructure, seamless service with friendly staff, wonderful breakfast and really good price/value ratio.
