ontinue despite everything. We didn't know what to do, it's even hard for me to express the feelings of frustration we felt in those moments and we were helpless. When we arrived at the Nix Hotel, we were greeted by a nice guy whose name I don't remember. A day passed and I decided to find out if it was possible to rent a stroller. By chance I met Veronica. She was so attentive and looked for a place that rents strollers and didn't give up. She found and thanks to her we could continue our trip as we planned, calmly and peacefully. Veronica is our angel. Thanks to her and thanks to all the amazing and dedicated staff of the hotel.

Veronika was extremely helpful in organising a surprise of Birthday balloons, chocolate cake and a bottle of fizz for my girlfriends birthday. She went above and beyond to organise everything even down to the times we would be in and out of the hotel to set everything up. Veronika was absolutely amazing and made our stay at the hotel a lifetime memory. Thank you so much to all the hotel staff and Veronika for such an amazing experience at the hotel.

Hotel was great and good value. Very central and within walking distance of everything.

Absolutely loved the hotel ! Fab location And love how funky and modern the hotel is. First of all we noticed the room had hardly no storage for a 6 day stay. We had clothes everywhere which is not how we like to live. We would love to return but to know we had some drawers for underwear , jumpers etc . There was some confusion with our bill for the room, we were told we had a complimentary bottle for my husbands birthday and when we paid our upgrade we were told there was nothing else to pay. But was charged another 20euros for this bottle after we checked out. Thank you for the stay , we will return in December 2023

I really enjoyed my 5 day stay here. Cool art & decor. Excellent breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. The only thing I wasn’t keen on was the king bed (two twins) with a noticeable different between the two. The beds was comfy enough and I slept well but it’s the last thing a fine hotel should do, sacrifice the quality of bed.

Very helpful and friendly personal, big room and very good breakfast. Close to the cental of Prague, means top located.

It was our first visit to Prague, and we were looking forward to this. No doubt we had a wonderful time staying over here, and we will definitely come again, and will also recommend your hotel to our friends, and family. The hotel is located in the best area of ​​Prague, a minute walk from the center, very good service, clean and a nice and adequate breakfast. Highly recommend.

The light in the room is too weak but that the only comment I have. Everything was perfect.

Good hotel right in downtown. The hotel looks very clean and well mantained, with a modern and young decor. The staff was nice too during the check-in and out process. Breakfast offer is good and with a nice variety of products. Definitely an accommodation to take into consideration when travelling to Prague.
