The staff in the dining room were really kind and wanted to help. Sometimes there was a problem when the plates ran out, milk, it took a while until they noticed it was missing. The reception staff was really kind and helped as much as possible with directions and explanations about the sites and trains in the city. Regarding the gluten-free food, it was a bit disappointing. The bun arrived very dry and when I asked to warm it up a little, the staff did not understand what I meant. But overall it was fine.

We are recurrent customers and we always choose Leonardo for its location and loyalty program. This time, thanks to Attila, our stay was exceptional! He helped us by fulfilling our requests (bathrobe, etc.). The only thing I would like to mention is that there was no shelf near one bedside and there was only one chair in the room and no armchair, as it used to have been earlier. It would have considerably improved our comfort during the stay. Otherwise, everything was nice and pleasant.

The hotel is a boutique hotel in an excellent location near the train station and at the beginning of Maria Hilfer Street, I am a club member and we celebrated a wedding anniversary there, they brought us fruit and wine, at the same time I would have varied the breakfast which would be a little different

Location is perfect....we enjoy to stay hier. It is much better than 30 years ago lika Mercure....of course.

Popular hotel at a good price. Very generous breakfast included, catering for all tastes. Excellent location on the edge of everything but quiet. Trolly cars / underground and open top bus convenient as are a selection of very nice restaurants. Hotel could not be better. We had it recommended to us and I would do the same for anybody else.

Very close to the Westbahnhof, but if you arrive at the Hauptbahnhof, it is easy to get to the hotel on a number 18 Tram or even buy a Big Bus Tour Ticket and it is near stop 5 on the Blue Route. We found it to be very convenient and friendly

At first two days the room and wc were so small. otherwise It’s location is great And you can just walk to the train and metro. The Mariahilf street is just 100 m Full of restaurants and cafés. AIDA CAFÉ is just 300 m. I really recommend this hotel for fun and family

Clean and well appointed city hotel a short walk from the station. Room was higher quality than expected and extremely quiet.

Tops are the place the hotel is situated, the cleaness and the completeness of the room. The properly functioning airconditioning is also a plus. On the downside; the bathroom offers too little privacy

we always stay at this hotel when we visit Vienna from Linz. Location and everything else perfect!

The first nice surprise:we arrived a before the check-in time, but iur room was ready and we could move in. The lady at the reception desk was quick, polite and nice. The breakfast had plenty of choices (try the hummus, it's just perfect!) -but I'm bagging you for a really GOOD coffee...that machine doesn't fit the quality there. We had very good experiences and definitely would come again when we travel to Vienna.

Stayed for 4 nights. Left early 03:00am and the team provided me with a Breakfast to go bag, very helpful. The elevators are good and the atmosphere is good. There is a small fridge opposite to the reception with good prices.

Great place to stay while you are in Vienna, superb location

The carpet foor in the room 613 was spotted and worn it should be changed. The shower room very nice and clean totally free from limestone. Breakfast was excellent. The coffee is really very tasty and rich in aroma. Now I have been missing this natural sweetness that is complemented by a refreshing acidity, so it is perfect. Next time I wish to come back. The location of the hotel is very convenient, close to the metro station and close to central attractions. The rooms are very clean and everything you need is there. Breakfast was good. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel.
