This hotel surprised us on so many levels. After 7 days travelling through Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium and France staying at 5-star hotels, we were on our way home to Denmark and booked this hotel as a quick-stop so that we could sleep and refuel. But it was SO MUCH MORE! The room was good-sized with a coffee machine and modernised bathroom. The receptionist, Jim, changed our room when he noticed that we had booked a room with only a bath and we prefer a walk-in shower. The bartender was able to serve a very nice wine and the greeter at the restaurant allowed us to sit in the breakfast area as it was nearer to the buffet. Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable. We will be recommending this hotel, which is a half-minute from the major north-south highway through northern Germany, to all our friends as the perfect pit-stop on the way to or from Denmark!

Keep up the momentum

We have chosen your hotel as first place to stop after arriving from Travemünde (RoPax-ferry from Finland arrives at 21:00) due to excellent location, cleanliness and comfort. Unfortunately the recent rise of overnight stay price has forced us to consider another hotel :( Removal of refridgerators is a sad thing. Apparently there were a lot of "air pilots" as guests as many cars were parked in two parking places. This reduces amount of available parking places. I hope you could make the parking places a bit wider. This would reduce the number of parking places, but it would make sure that everyone could use only one parking place per car :)

Stayed 8 hours at the hotel and it was an overall good experience. A bit expensive night though.

Very good hotel

I booked this hotel via booking.com on very short notice, late in the night. Everything went smoothly, Very good idea with installed side HDMI socket so I could connect my laptop very easy (not found in any hotel before).

We stayed in the Leonardo hotel for 3 days and it was very nice. The breakfast was really good, vegan options were available which was nice. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was perfect . Thanks a lot to the whole team!

Perfect for us and the prize was good. If we come back to Hamburg we will choose this hotel again!
